How we collect, use, and protect your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Eagle Nexus Real Estate Group ("Eagle Nexus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about visitors and clients ("you") through www.theeaglenexus.com (the "Site") and related services. Real estate brokerage services are provided by our sponsoring broker, LPT Realty, LLC, TREC License #9012763-BB, 13315 Wallaceville Road, Houston, Texas 77049.

This page is maintained by Eagle Nexus Real Estate Group to explain our current practices. It is not legal advice; please have counsel review before publishing.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Name, email, phone, mailing or property address, price range, timeline, financing status, and any details you submit through our contact, home valuation, cash offer, buyer, seller, careers, or agent-recruiting forms.
  • Property search activity. Saved searches, favorites, viewing history, and account details when you use our IDX/MLS search tools (currently powered by AeroIDX).
  • Automatically collected data. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and interaction data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
  • Third-party sources. Public real estate records, MLS data (including the Houston Realtors Information Service, Inc.), our CRM/marketing platforms, and referral partners.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and do not sell personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

2. How we use your information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide real estate services.
  • Prepare home valuations, cash-offer estimates, and market reports.
  • Match you with properties, agents, or opportunities that fit your criteria.
  • Send transactional messages, appointment confirmations, listing alerts, market updates, and marketing communications.
  • Operate, secure, personalize, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and TREC/MLS obligations.

3. Text messages and calls (TCPA consent)

By submitting your phone number through any form on this Site, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages (including via automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages) from Eagle Nexus Real Estate Group and our agents at the number you provide, for purposes of responding to your inquiry and providing real estate services and related information. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full SMS program terms are set out in Section 3a below.

3a. SMS terms and conditions

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell phone numbers. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at homes@theeaglenexus.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. Current tools include Google Fonts (font delivery), AeroIDX (IDX search), WidgetBe / Widget Tracker (site analytics), and ListingLab (marketing). You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect Site functionality.

5. How we share information

  • With our sponsoring broker, agents, and staff supporting your transaction.
  • With service providers acting on our behalf (CRM, email/SMS, hosting, IDX/MLS, analytics, marketing, e-signature, transaction management, and lender/title/inspection partners you ask us to loop in). Current processors include, without limitation, GoHighLevel (CRM/marketing), AeroIDX (IDX search), WidgetBe (analytics), ListingLab (marketing), and our website host, Eagle Nexus Real Estate LLC (self-hosted).
  • With the applicable MLS and other real estate professionals as needed to market or transact on a property.
  • With government, regulatory, or law-enforcement bodies where required by law.
  • With a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share limited information with advertising partners for targeted advertising; some U.S. state laws treat that as a "sale" or "sharing," and you can opt out as described below.

We do not sell phone numbers. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising, "sales," or "sharing"; and to appeal a denial of your request. This includes residents of Texas (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), California (CCPA/CPRA), and other states with comparable laws.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and MLS record-keeping obligations (including the Texas Real Estate Commission's required retention periods), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-party links and IDX content

The Site links to and embeds third-party content, including IDX/MLS listing data. Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

10. Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity

Eagle Nexus complies with the Federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected class.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
